Philbin does her best to swim the length of the pool in full gear and helmet. The return of Naval ROTC brings Navy Midshipman formally back on to campus at Harvard University, starting with the freshman class of 2015. A significant portion of midshipmen's professional training during their four-year curriculum is received during summer training, including Career Orientation and Training for Midshipmen (CORTRAMID).
